Made of 4oz ripstop fabric, you can choose one colour for the outside and one for the inside, and then another for the top webbing and tab.  Or indeed have them all to match! Roll-top closure with clips.
 
The MBE bag is made of a double layer of waterproof fabric, but cannot be guaranteed fully waterproof if submerged.
