Keeping your feet safely on the stretcher bar, and helping you work towards the abs of steel that are definitely in there somewhere, the standard Footcuff comes with velcro attachment straps to keep you secure, and a cotton grab tab to release them easily.
 
When ordering, I will need to know your shoe size, the name to go on there, and your colour choices.  With four pieces to a basic 'cuff, this means you can have up to four colours to decorate your rowing feet. Bright and colourful is always fun to make, elegant and understated also available.
 
Standard colours are shown above, but if there's something you really fancy that isn't there, let me know and I'll see if I can hunt it down.
 
Name embroidery is included in the cost, and fonts are shown above.  Additional decoration (aka 'bling'!) is £5. Digitisation of a specific image is £12.50.
 
Please note, all rowers secure their feet at their own risk.
I will never make a footcuff so tight that you cannot pull your foot out in an emergency.
