The standard footcuff gives you two joined loops  for your feet, close together.  If you prefer your feet further apart, then the unicuffs give you two separate loops to place wherever you see fit.

Made from hard weave polypropylene webbing and stitched with V69 sailmakers thread, Footcuffs can be created in all the colours of the rainbow, or with a more genteel and understated palate. Just like many rowers.
